Wladimir Klitschko, the former heavyweight champion and brother of Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko addressed the concerned Russians and Belorussians and urged them to stay home.
“I am addressing the concerned Russians and Belorussians, of course.
Going to work every day you help your army with the ammunition, so to say. You help hit us with missiles. And kill us, your brothers and sisters, as you are used to saying. You are good brothers, indeed, thank you very much!
So please, stay home. Spend your time with your family, friends, kids or grandkids. We, Ukrainians can’t do that because you are killing us and bombing us, you are taking our lives away.
Do stay home. Don’t go outside – if you are afraid of being wanted for. Stay home and don’t go to work. Just stay home. To show support for us and condemn the war.
