Klitschko: Dear friends, dear Kyivans!
Kyiv continues to defend itself. The city sets fortifications and roadblocks near key institutions and facilities. The enemy’s sabotage and reconnaissance groups still operate in the city. Again there were clashes and street fights at nighttime in Kyiv and the army, law enforcers and the Territorial Defence units successfully neutralised and captured some such groups.
To ensure the safety of Kyivans we imposed a curfew. Please don’t go outside unless you hear an air raid siren. Also, please stay indoors and avoid travelling around the city.
The public transport and the metro in Kyiv reduced service and carry only key workers. Please check the official sites for updated schedules and routes.
Please pay attention that access to the public transport lanes is prohibited. Only the public transport, emergency response vehicles, military vehicles and vehicles carrying dangerous cargo. Any other cars moving along the bus lanes will be considered as belonging to the sabotage and reconnaissance groups and will be handled accordingly.
We must stand together to fight back the provocations and the horde that is threatening us.
Kyiv lives under martial law now and I want to stress that looters will be stopped with any warning. If you detect any looters or suspicious persons, please call the police and the army.

Hospitals in Kyiv operate also in line with martial law and treat emergency cases.
Also, the Humanitarian Task Force set up in Kyiv operates to assist in any needs of Kyivans. The information about how to donate supplies or get aid is available on the official municipality site and social media.
I request everyone to stay calm and stay home or in shelters. The army, law enforcers, Territorial Defence Forces and concerned residents have joined efforts to protect our city! Together we will stand up to the enemy!
