As Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko pointed out in his video, Russia continues to fight against Ukraine not only with military weapons but also with misinformation.
“They create fake social media pages of the government officials, manipulate the facts or spread lies. Today they cloned my Instagram,” said Klitschko. “In the evening the Russian online media platforms disseminated information citing me that Kyiv was allegedly surrounded and the evacuation of the population was impossible. Oddly Ukrainian Telegram channels also started spreading this information. Don’t believe lies! Trust only official sources of information. We will withstand together, Ukraine will win! Glory to our army! Glory to our citizens! Glory to Ukraine!” called on Vitali Klitschko.
