Vitali Klitschko and Rafał Trzaskowski talk over phone
07.03.2022 Klitschko: Today I was on phone with the mayor of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski. I thanked him for political support, for humanitarian aid both Warsaw and Poland provide to Kyiv and Ukraine and for Warsaw’s welcome of our refugees, mothers with children and persons with disabilities. We greatly appreciate support of our friends! As they say, a friend in need is a friend indeed. As I said, I do not know when the war ends, the situation is grim. It is crucial to pressure Russia further to stop the war and deliver yet more weapons to our army that heroically defend our land today.
